PROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR FIGHTERS
Individuals looking to compete in professional or amateur competitions will work with our trainers to build their boxing skills and their endurance. Experienced fighters are also welcome to use the gym on their own.
FITNESS TRAINING
Many of our clients are "white collar" boxers looking for an alternative to the typical gym workout. Boxing provides a high-intensity workout that not only tones all of your muscles but also provides a great cardio workout - an intense one-hour workout can burn up to 1000 calories. Our trainers will teach you boxing techniques while keeping you inspired, and encouraging you to push yourself to the next level.
FIRST TIME BOXERS
FREE private boxing lesson available for first-timers to the gym. Jump rope, wraps and gloves will be provided. All you need to get started are workout clothes and sneakers.
